Yes. Participation in the project is completely free of charge for both participants and employers.
All expenses are covered thanks to the financial support of Nova Ukraine. This allows employers to participate in the formation of training programs at no additional cost, and participants to acquire a new profession and practical skills for free.

After completing their studies, employers assess graduates' practical skills and conduct interviews. If the candidate meets the requirements of the company and the open vacancy, he may receive a job offer.

Since training programs are formed in accordance with the real personnel needs of employers, participants learn precisely the skills that are in demand at enterprises.

No. The program is built around practical training, so training takes place in person. Participants work with professional equipment, practice production operations, and gain practical skills necessary for work in their chosen profession.
Recruitment will begin after the completion of the formation of training programs based on the personnel needs of employers and the preparation of training workshops. Launch first training modules (except welding professions) planned for September. Learning by welding directions is planned to start in December, after the completion of the modernization of the relevant workshops. The training will be based on Kharkiv Vocational College of Construction and Industry. Practical classes will be held in the college's training workshops under the guidance of experienced industrial training masters using modern equipment.
