This Privacy Policy defines the procedure for collecting, using, storing and protecting personal data of users of the Charity Organization's website "«Ukrainian Charity Alliance» (hereinafter – Organization).

This Policy applies to all users of the Organization's website, as well as to individuals who make charitable donations, fill out forms on the site, or otherwise submit their personal data to the Organization.

By using the Organization's website, making a charitable donation, or submitting their personal data through the forms on the site, the user confirms that they have read this Privacy Policy and agree to the terms of processing their personal data.

The organization processes personal data in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, in particular the Law of Ukraine "«About personal data protection»", and is also guided by the principles of legality, good faith and transparency of information processing.

Organization — The charitable organization «Ukrainian Charitable Alliance», which is the owner and administrator of the website and processes personal data in accordance with this Policy.

Purpose of using personal data
