people who were forced to leave their homes because of the war.
Along with finding a new home and arranging their daily lives, many people have another question: how to get back to work and have a stable income again.
Not everyone could continue working in their previous profession. Some needed new skills, others needed the opportunity to learn a different profession and adapt to the new labor market.
This is how the "Path of Opportunities" appeared« — free practical training that was supposed to give people tools for professional recovery.

Junior Project Manager
Participants learned how to create projects from idea to implementation, work in a team, assign roles, prepare grant applications, communicate with donors, and report on results.

Participants mastered bookkeeping, working with finances and documents, accounting for income, and the basics of automating accounting processes.

How training helped Oksana return to work and financial independence.
After the evacuation from White Well Oksana Negutorova I found myself in a new city without a job and with a difficult question: how to start life anew.
At the Path of Opportunities, she studied in two areas at once. Today, Oksana lives in Kharkiv, works in her specialty in a large company, and is financially independent again.
