All expenses are covered thanks to the financial support of Nova Ukraine. This allows employers to participate in the formation of training programs at no additional cost, and participants to acquire a new profession and practical skills for free.
After completing their studies, employers assess graduates' practical skills and conduct interviews. If the candidate meets the requirements of the company and the open vacancy, he may receive a job offer.
Since training programs are formed in accordance with the real personnel needs of employers, participants learn precisely the skills that are in demand at enterprises.
