For each profession, there are current vacancies from employers. Working conditions may vary depending on the employer: salary, schedule, place of work, and additional opportunities.
Before training, you will meet with employers, learn about the conditions, and be able to choose with whom you would like to continue your journey.

Is previous experience required?
No. The training is designed for those who want to learn the profession from scratch and have no previous experience.
How do I find out the terms and conditions of a specific vacancy?
Before starting your training, you will meet with employers and will be able to find out the details of a specific vacancy: salary, schedule, place of work, and other conditions.
How long does the training last?
The duration depends on the chosen profession and study program. All courses are short-term.
Is it possible to combine studies with work?
Yes. The class schedule is agreed with the participants to combine studies with work and other activities, if possible.
Is employment guaranteed after training?
No. The program provides an opportunity to undergo training tailored to the real needs of the employer and get to know them before starting your studies. Further employment depends on whether your skills meet the requirements of the specific vacancy and the employer's decision.
